Account Codes
Be prompted to enter the client Account code whenever placing a call. This feature is especially popular in Law offices and any other industry that bills per minute.
Advanced Transferring
Transfer calls throughout the office easily by hitting your transfer key, followed by the extension. A standard transfer performed in this way will give you the chance to speak with your fellow employee before patching the call through. Selecting BLIND transfer will complete an immediate transfer AND allow your fellow employee to see the original caller ID. Need to transfer to a Voicemail without waiting for all the rings prior? Use our Transfer to Voicemail feature to send that caller straight to the machine.
