VoiceOnyx is growing! We are happy to announce the recent hire of our new employee Betsy Warren as our new Customer Account Manager.
Customer service is the pinnacle of priorities at VoiceOnyx. As a Customer Account Manager, Betsy will act as the first point of contact when customers call VoiceOnyx. “I am very happy to be part of the team, here at VoiceOnyx,” proudly states Betsy.

Betsy was chosen because her customer service skill set is an excellent fit for VoiceOnyx. She is believed to be able to accentuate the distinction in customer service from the competition. Betsy’s significant experience in customer service is now a valuable asset for VoiceOnyx. “I really think I can make an impact, both for VoiceOnyx and for its customers,” says Betsy.
Betsy’s goal at VoiceOnyx is to form relationships with customers over time and to secure their satisfaction. She aspires to know customers by name and to deliver the exceptional customer service VoiceOnyx is renowned for. “I aim to participate in VoiceOnyx’s success. I want businesses to know how amazing VoiceOnyx is,” states Betsy.
Betsy Warren’s Background
Betsy used to work as a career advisor at a college in Florida. She enjoyed assisting students prepare for their career paths. Her primary function was to help students become young professionals and transition smoothly from college to their career. “My goal was to support students in achieving their full potential,” proudly admits Betsy. “My success was contingent on their success.”
Betsy is caring and genuinely takes interest in people. She is an exceptional listener and a very good problem solver. She is very hands on and makes things happen. “I have a genuine interest in people,” says Betsy. “I truly care about what people have to say and I sincerely want to help them get what they want.”
