VoiceOnyx proudly presents Duct Detectives, Inc. a prominent player in the commercial air duct cleaning industry throughout the Southeast. Its CEO, Chad Cowen, founded the company in August 2006. In 11 years, Chad has grown his company from just 4 employees to over 25 technicians. Today, Duct Detectives has a corporate office in Orlando, FL and operates out of five branch offices.
Duct Detectives provides professional duct cleaning and indoor air quality services for commercial buildings. Commercial air duct cleaning is a critical part of all structured building maintenance programs. Duct Detectives cleans HVAC systems and removes contaminants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals.
“We maintain state of the art equipment to ensure you receive the best service possible. We document all projects in a post project photo report prepared at the completion of every project,” confirms Chad.
Since 2006, the company has grown as one of the leaders in the industry throughout the Southeastern United States. Duct Detectives heavily invests in employee training and certifies senior technicians with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA).
Duct Detectives has more NADCA certified technicians than any other company in the Southeastern States. The company deploys at least one NADCA certified technician on every project to answer technical questions. “Not a lot of companies can claim that,” proudly states Chad.
Chad envisions a bright future for Duct Detectives. “We are planning on franchising our business within 5 years,” admits Chad. “Duct Detectives has a positive impact on the local community. We employ many people locally and plan to expand our operations.”
Chad was initially referred to VoiceOnyx by a friend. “I signed up with VoiceOnyx because their prices were great. I have been with VoiceOnyx for so many years because the customer service is impeccable,” says Chad. “I enjoy the multiple features VoiceOnyx has to offer. I frequently use the Transfer to Mobile Phone feature, which allows the receptionist to transfer incoming calls to my employees’ mobile phones which is crucial when you have technicians in the field.”
