I am looking to recruit an experienced family law paralegal to join my assistant and myself,” states Michele.
As her business is growing, Michele’s future is bright. She intends to leverage technology to provide clients with easier access to files and to court documents. Her goal is to eventually offer her clients the opportunity to get updates on court cases electronically.
Lebron Law Partners With VoiceOnyx
When Michele first opened her practice, she started off using the VoiceOnyx business phone service. She found VoiceOnyx via an attorney she used to work for. Even though she had no problems with VoiceOnyx, Michele decided to switch to Vonage because they offered lower prices. “I spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service and I had to program the phones myself. I didn’t like the service and decided to go back to VoiceOnyx, hoping they’d take me back,” she admits. “And of course Ed welcomed me back and got my phones up and running very quickly,” she explains!
Michele’s favorite VoiceOnyx feature is the remote line access, which allows her mobile phone calls to appear as coming from her office phone system. Michele enjoys this privacy feature along with the bridge conferencing feature, the routing feature, and the holiday message feature.
