Use of Your Personal Information
VoiceOnyx will never sell, trade, rent, or license your Personal Information to others outside VoiceOnyx. The primary purpose for which we use Personal Information is to provide you with the Platform. In the course of providing the Platform to you, we may also use your Personal Information for related purposes, which include the following:
- provisioning or connecting your service;
- providing you with customer service;

Personal Information Collected When You Use the Platform

Information such as call records, location, application and feature usage, product and device-specific information, service options you choose, device numbers, and other similar information may be used for billing purposes, to deliver and maintain the Platform, or to help you with Platform-related issues or questions. In addition, subject to any legal restrictions that may apply, this information may be used for other purposes such as providing you with information about other VoiceOnyx products or service enhancements, determining your eligibility for new VoiceOnyx products and services, and marketing to you based on your use of the Platform. This information may also be used to: (1) manage and protect our networks, services, and users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; and (2) subject to consent practices described in this policy, help us improve our services, research and develop new products, and offer promotions and other services. This type of information may be aggregated or anonymized for business and marketing uses by us or by third parties.
Personal Information Collected on VoiceOnyx Websites

Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”)
CPNI is information made available to us solely by virtue of our relationship with you that relates to the type, quantity, destination, technical configuration, location, and amount of use of the Services you purchase from us, as well as related billing information. The protection of your information is important to us, and you have a right, and we have a duty, under federal law, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. We may use your CPNI information to offer you services that are different from the services you currently purchase from us.
