VoiceOnyx is pleased to announce acceptance of the American Express card for customer payments effective July 14th, 2017. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards are also accepted. Additionally, customers have the option of paying from their business checking account on-line, by mail, or phone.
“Customers are invited to pay their bills electronically at the Billing Portal, located at https://www.voiceonyx.com/portal or by clicking on the blue credit card icon on the home page,” explains Edward Warren. “I send an invitation to all new customers when their account is created and upon request.” The billing portal account allows access for choosing an automatic payment date and changing credit card or banking information as needed. Account history is also available for review.
Customers who don’t pre-register can also use the portal to pay their latest invoice by entering their invoice number. If customers have any questions or wish to log-in, they can call VoiceOnyx at (888)321-3350 for password reset, information on the invoice, or payment directly over the phone.
VoiceOnyx ensures invoices are emailed 10 days in advance of the next month’s billing cycle, as invoices are paid at the beginning of the service month. The pre-payment policy allows VoiceOnyx to offer “No Term Contracts” to customers, which run month to month. Invoices are kept simple, noting the number of phones and rate for service. Our bundled packages may include telecommunications, information management, internet services/bandwidth, state and/or local communications taxes. There is never a fee for service calls, installation of equipment, or on-site service. VoiceOnyx has never charged any late fees and does not not believe in nickel and diming customers with additional surcharges.
The price structure at VoiceOnyx has not increased since the company’s inception in 2006. VoiceOnyx is the only local business phone company that provides onsite technical support to its customers at no cost.
