The first step to making a custom recording is to prepare a script. VoiceOnyx staff are available to review your script and send it for professional recording. You may also have your staff member record the script. Recording is done when a media file link is sent to your employee’s phone extension. The media file can then be reviewed and revised until the recording is approved.
