Professional Voice Recording is a Popular Feature
Another favorite feature is our ability to provide professional recordings, known as Interactive Voice Recordings or Auto Attendant. These recordings can be scheduled to play during open or closed hours. Should you choose an IVR during open hours, it can be set to play immediately when your number is dialed, or after several rings to a particular extension or hunt list. Depending upon your preference, the set-up ensures your customer reaches an employee immediately or is quickly routed to the correct department to speak with someone or leave a message. A closed Auto Attendant has the option to dial emergency contacts at the press of a button on the menu or leave a less urgent message for the receptionist.
