Visit your account online at https://www.voiceonyx.com/portal to review your invoice history, make a monthly payment, or set up AutoPay. VoiceOnyx accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express, in addition to a business checking account. The portal allows you to easily update credit card and banking information as needed.
Customers are invited to pay their bills electronically when they initially set up their accounts. Since service invoices are due in advance by the 5th of the month, AutoPay ensures your payment is made on time. You can choose this option on the portal. Customers who don’t pre-register can also use the portal to pay their latest invoice by entering their invoice number. If an invoice number is not available, you may also log in by providing your name, account number or email on file.
VoiceOnyx Simplifies your Budget
VoiceOnyx makes your budgeting easier. Monthly statements remain consistent, unless you add or reduce phones in service or change the type of service. Invoices are kept simple, noting the number of phones and rate for service. Our bundled packages cover all telecommunications, information management, internet services/bandwidth, and communications taxes.

VoiceOnyx ensures invoices are emailed 10 days in advance of the next month’s billing cycle. The pre-payment policy allows VoiceOnyx to offer “No Term Contracts” to customers, which run month to month.
VoiceOnyx does not charge late fees and does not believe in nickel and diming customers with additional surcharges.
The price structure at VoiceOnyx has not increased since the company’s inception in 2006. VoiceOnyx is the only local business phone company that provides onsite technical phone support to its customers at no cost.
